Ingredients: Premium Grade Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulphate), Organic Calendula Flowers, Organic Lavender Flowers, Organic Lavender Essential Oil.
 
Suggested use: Create an environment for your relaxation; candles, salt lamp, a good book, soft music. Then, add desired amount into a warm (not hot) bath or foot bath, quickly mix, soak for atleast 20mins, then enjoy the post bath blissed out feeling!
