Herbal Ingredients & Benefits;
Chamomile: Shown to calm and soothe stomach and mind.
Skullcap: Shown to support the nervous system, reduce exitability, irritability and anxiety. 
Lemon Balm: Shown to lift mood, relieve tension & anxiety.
Passionflower: Shown to reduce anxiety & stress.
 
Instructions;
Place 1-2 heaped teaspoons into a tea strainer, add boiling water, cover and allow the tea to infuse for 10-20minutes.
