Day retreats
Our 1 day retreats run from 9am-3pm on a Saturday or Sunday and are the perfect short escape from your every day. They bring peace, clarity, relaxation and rejuvenation, without having to completely rearrange and reorganise your life to attend. Everything is taken care of from your yoga props to your nourishing food and drinks, all you have to do is show up and let us support, guide and take care of you.

With beginner friendly yoga classes, guided meditations and open and welcoming facilitators, there are no pre-requisites to attend, whether you are a seasoned yogi or have never stepped foot on a mat, you are welcome and you will be supported.

Hosted at the divine, crystal filled Muse Bath house on the Northern Gold Coast for the ultimate day of rest and restoration.

Soul Nourishment Hinterland retreat
Spend the day in the beautiful Gold Coast hinterland on a 2 acre property surrounded my the mountains of Tamborine. With the venue set up with yoga retreats in mind this space has a beautiful yoga studio, outdoor fireplace, stunning mountain views and many different nature surrounded seating areas, perfect for you to reflect and journal on what your body & mind needs.

Meet your facilitator- Samii

As a Naturopath, Reiki healer, and Yoga instructor, I prioritise holistic healing for the body, mind, and soul. Recognising our uniqueness, I encourage individuals to seek out experiences that facilitate their own personal growth.
​
Yoga became my path to self-discovery, teaching me the importance of breath, intention, and purpose. In my classes, I aim to create a safe space for students to find their own connection with yoga. Restlessness led me to naturopathy, where I discovered the power of nature and preventive health practices. Society has drifted away from living in harmony with ourselves, but practices like time in nature, connection, breath work, meditation, and yoga offer a reset.
Retreats provide a shortcut to prioritising self-care and exploring personal needs. Taking control of our lives and becoming the best versions of ourselves is empowering, and I am excited to join you on this transformative journey.

Meet your facilitator- Kylie
I am a Pilates & yoga teacher who loves to share breath work & meditations. I love that these practices connect breath and movement, to help us feel at ease in our bodies , feel calm and peaceful in our minds, whilst staying strong in physical body and spirit.
